COUNSELING SERVICES :

It is an important part in the development of a student career. All we do is what we think. Right thinking gives right direction to our life and hence we at SHM have a very strong counseling service. We enable the students to adopt new things and fight their fear of failure through this counseling service.

CONFERENCE ROOM :

Area where management committee meets & mini conferences are held. Presentations, workshops & get together with guest, visitors from the industry for exchange of ideas & knowledge are done in this place. It is also utilized for the purpose of group discussions & company interview, whenever required.

CLOUD CAMPUS INTEGRATION :

LABS :

Food Production Lab: A fully equipped kitchen lab where students can hone their culinary skills. From basic cooking techniques to advanced culinary arts, this lab helps students learn to create a wide variety of dishes while maintaining industry standards for hygiene, presentation, and food safety.

Front Office Lab: This lab is designed to simulate a real hotel reception area, allowing students to practice essential front office operations such as guest check-in and check-out, reservations, customer service, and handling guest requests. It provides students with the hands-on experience needed to manage front-of-house activities efficiently.

F&B Service Restaurant: A mock restaurant setup where students practice various food and beverage service techniques, from fine dining to buffet arrangements. This lab also focuses on improving communication skills, guest interaction, and serving etiquette, ensuring that students are prepared for any dining service scenario.

Banquet Lab: A dedicated space to train students in organizing and managing banquet functions, such as weddings, corporate events, and conferences. Students learn about event planning, décor, table settings, and banquet service, providing them with a comprehensive understanding of event management in the hospitality industry.

Housekeeping Lab: This lab teaches students the essential skills of hotel housekeeping, including room cleaning, linen management, and maintaining hygiene standards. Students also learn how to handle guest requests and manage inventory for housekeeping operations, all of which are vital to maintaining hotel standards.

Computer Lab: Equipped with the latest software, the computer lab enables students to practice various hospitality management tools, from property management systems (PMS) to accounting and booking software. Language Lab: A specialized lab aimed at improving students' language skills, particularly in English and foreign languages. LANGUAGE SUPPORT :
